Vincenzo Monti (10 June 1941 – 15 February 2002, Italy)
Born in Milan, Vincenzo Monti began his career in comics in the late 1960s, working for several publishing houses. After working as an assistant for Studio Montanari, doing pencils on ‘Goldrake’ and ‘Alamo Kid’, he began a collaboration with Cepim and illustrated several stories with ‘Joselito’ and ‘Mister No’. He became a fulltime artist on the staff of Bonelli’s ‘Tex Willer’ in 1982. Vincenzo Monti died in 2002.
