The Reporters
Text: Giancarlo Malagutti
Art: Sergio Zaniboni
The adventures of two T.V. journalists whose jobs lead them to come up against major and minor dramas. Besides the story, the human side of the main characters and their interpersonal relationships are developed.
Pills of memory… gathered by the side
I decided to write scripts and especially The Reporters because I loved the series the Streets of San Francisco. The Reporters series was to develop in many episodes except the first which, as an artist’s habit, they moved to Los Angeles…
Unfortunately the times were not ripe, today everyone writes in TV language, but then the echoes were still of wizards in tails and top hat or of boys lost in Africa…
The series ended, many unpublished scripts remained. 15 years later, a great cartoonist (and artist) told me that he would love to draw it. It was Mario Uggeri.
