Born today Gino Pallotti

Gino Pallotti (22 April 1920 – 2000, Italy) began his career working for several smaller publishers, before he began a collaboration with Resto del Carlino in 1948. He eventually joined Casa Editrice Universo and was a regular contributor to Intrepido. He took over ‘Il Cavaliere Ideale’ from Aldo Torchio and illustrated stories with ‘Lone Wolf’, ‘I due dell’Apocalise’ and ‘Baby Bang’ with scripts by Luigi Grecchi. He worked for Guerin Sportivo since 1974 and was an illustrator for Telesette.
